1. Returns
We accept returns on products within 3 days of receiving your order. If you received defective product, you may return the item(s) in their original, unused condition, along with the packaging, for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- To return the product you must share the unpacking video.
- The return request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags intact.
- If customer has ordered wrong product then both forward and return shipping cost will be borne by customer
2. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to credited in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Refund Conditions:
- A refund will only be issued if the item is in its original, unused condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as damaged or incorrect products).
- If you received a gift, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser’s account.
3. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we are happy to help. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange process.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for returns, including:

- Processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will issue a refund or process an exchange as per your request.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, otherwise we will not accept the return in this case. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
